Frequently Asked Questions

Get to know the Rise approach before you ever step in our wellness center with some FAQs.
What is Rise?

Rise is setting a new standard for healthcare in Gilbert, AZ, with the goal of making community members the healthiest they can be through personalized, proactive care.

What makes Rise different from traditional healthcare?

Traditional healthcare is reactive, addressing issues of illness after they arise. At Rise, we focus on identifying health concerns early (before they become problems) to maximize your health now and for the future.

What services does Rise offer?

Rise offers a range of services to address your most pressing health needs including bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, premium lab panels, and a wide range of health and wellness testing options.

How do I become a member?

The first step is a free consultation to determine your unique needs and the screenings, treatments, or membership plan best for you. Book your free consultation by clicking the "Request A Consultation" button.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not. The approach at Rise is focused on prevention which insurers do not cover. Our goal is to not be limited by insurance restrictions.

Do you replace my primary care physician?

We don’t replace your PCP – our job is to keep you out of their office as much as possible. If you get sick, you’ll still go to your PCP. If you have specialists, we recommend that you continue to see them regularly as well.

Do you treat/manage ____ disease?

Rise is all about prevention. If you’re managing a chronic or complex condition, you should see your specialist. However the lifestyle interventions at Rise can often help people reduce or eliminate the need for chronic disease management.
