Karey Northington is a board-certified adult gerontology nurse practitioner passionate about preventative care and helping her patients optimize their health. Karey earned her initial nursing degree in 2006 from Drexel University. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. She continued her educational journey at Maryville University, earning a Master’s in Nursing.

She is Worldlink Advanced Bioidentical Hormone Replacement certified. Karey is also scheduled to begin the doctorate program (DNP) at the University of Arizona in the fall of 2025.

Before moving into the field of preventative care and hormone replacement, she has also worked extensively as a nutritionist and personal trainer. She has owned several businesses and earned pro cards as a fitness competitor in the IFBB and WBFF. Karey is CISSN certified in sports nutrition. Away from the office, Karey enjoys spending time with her son and dog, weight training, traveling, and reading.
